What this policy covers
This policy explains what you may and may not do with AI GIF Face Swap. It applies to every photo and GIF you upload and every result you generate, download or share.
What you can make
You can swap a face into a GIF when you own the face photo and the target GIF, or when you have clear permission from everyone identifiable in both. Light-hearted edits for private group chats, fan edits and personal social posts are welcome when everyone involved agrees.
What is not allowed
Do not swap the face of a minor, a celebrity or a public figure. Do not create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or content that depicts someone doing or saying something they did not do. Do not use a result to impersonate someone, commit fraud, evade identity checks or mislead people about real events. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Consent and permissions
By uploading a face you confirm that it is yours or that you have permission from the person shown. Permission must cover the specific use you plan, including posting it publicly or commercially. A public photo is not automatically permission to edit it.
Reporting content
Anyone can report a GIF or a result through the report page. Include the result link or file name if you have it. We review reports and remove content that breaks this policy or someone’s rights.
Enforcement
We may remove content, block uploads and close accounts that break this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact support@aigiffaceswap.com.
